The beginning of our success story as a group working in the field of contracting and infrastructure with a pioneering position and thought, based on a distinguished approach and a future vision to develop its business field to expand into broader sectors.
2012
Establishing and launching Aflaa Al-Rayes School Transport Company and starting its operations to achieve an expansion in the customer base to include major companies and government agencies, including:
1. Educational Transport Services Development Company.
2. Riyadh Education Department.
3. Al-Ras Education Department
4. Tabuk Education Department.
5. University of Tabuk.
6. Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.
7. Saline Water Conversion Corporation.
2016
Aflaa Al-Rayes Car Rental Company started its business with confidence from its first branch in Buraidah. In a short period of time, it built a distinguished reputation throughout the Kingdom, based on professionalism in meeting the requirements of its success partners in the private and public sectors. The most prominent of these entities are:
1. Ministry of Defense.
2. Royal Saudi Air Force Command.
3. National Cybersecurity Authority.
4. Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
5. Expanding business volume with a large number of secretariats and municipalities.

Establishing “Aflaa Al-Rayes Transport Company”, based on a clear strategy to achieve rapid growth to reach 178 transport vehicles to keep pace with the growing need in the transportation industry in the Saudi market.
2021 and beyond
Our business is based on the company’s vision to establish a company to expand the size of “Milan” bottled water.
